From the moment I arrived, the warm welcome by Nadia and Sara at the front desk set the tone for my stay. They were incredibly friendly and made the check-in process smooth and efficient. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with spacious and comfortable rooms that offer stunning views. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by Daniel in the restaurant. Their recommendations for local dishes were spot on, and the food was absolutely delicious! I also appreciated the attentiveness of Astrid during breakfast, ensuring that everything was perfect. Overall, I cannot recommend KOOS Hotel Munich highly enough. The combination of beautiful accommodations, fantastic service, and a prime location makes it a perfect choice for anyone visiting Munich. Thank you to Nadia, Daniel, Carlos, Sara, Astrid, Lucas and the entire team for making my stay so memorable. I can’t wait to return!

Great location being so close to the main city tourist highlights and Christmas markets. Found it very easy to get to the hotel on public transport from the international airport. We were impressed with the very clean room and hotel, with great amenities in our room including a coffee machine and small cooking facilities. We loved the convenience of a washing machine in our bathroom and the free use of the driers in the laundry room. Especially handy when you are staying for a few days. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food.

Location was excellent. Room was quiet as the windows were double glazed. We were in building A- right on Main Street but could not hear traffic or anyone from other rooms. Bathroom was good sized Bed was comfortable. Staff were fabulous- including Lucas who helped with all of our enquiries. Thanks Lucas! Breakfast service always looked busy and popular. Bar service was well priced and the lounge was popular with laptop warriors and those relaxing. “Green” hotel so they try to minimise waste etc. A good option for staying in central Munich.

It has all the amenities including a washer and the bathroom is very well designed as the shower was separate from the sink and toilet which meant that it was easy for us to keep the floor clean! The lobby was nice and inviting. The corridors are nice and clean. Cleaning of the rooms are upon requests which we loved cos sometimes we do not really need cleaning to be done on a daily basis. We loved that it was just walking distance to Karlsplatz and Marienplatz. Just a very nice hotel and we will recommend it to any families!
