I recently had the pleasure of staying at KOOS Hotel Munich, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! From the moment I arrived, the warm welcome by Nadia and Sara at the front desk set the tone for my stay. They were incredibly friendly and made the check-in process smooth and efficient. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with spacious and comfortable rooms that offer stunning views. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by Daniel in the restaurant. Their recommendations for local dishes were spot on, and the food was absolutely delicious! I also appreciated the attentiveness of Astrid during breakfast, ensuring that everything was perfect. Overall, I cannot recommend KOOS Hotel Munich highly enough. The combination of beautiful accommodations, fantastic service, and a prime location makes it a perfect choice for anyone visiting Munich. Thank you to Nadia, Daniel, Carlos, Sara, Astrid, Lucas and the entire team for making my stay so memorable. I can’t wait to return!

The staff was amazing! Everyone was so friendly! The room was great and comfy, with a nice kitchenette and a washer. The bed was comfy and clean. It was nice to be able to order a cocktail in the bar and sit in the nice restaurant /lobby to enjoy it. I would totally recommend this place, and would stay agin if my travels take me to Munich! Thank you!

Location was excellent. Room was quiet as the windows were double glazed. We were in building A- right on Main Street but could not hear traffic or anyone from other rooms. Bathroom was good sized Bed was comfortable. Staff were fabulous- including Lucas who helped with all of our enquiries. Thanks Lucas! Breakfast service always looked busy and popular. Bar service was well priced and the lounge was popular with laptop warriors and those relaxing. “Green” hotel so they try to minimise waste etc. A good option for staying in central Munich.
